As our healthcare system in Canada undergoes its recovery efforts and moves beyond the Covid Pandemic, ACCESS to medical care is becoming increasingly difficult. Our iCARE Virtual team is here for you 7 days a week. Although each visit starts with a virtual visit our clinical team will refer you for an in person medical exam if appropriate. Like many Canadians, you may NOT have a family physician or live in small rural communities where access to care is difficult, WE ARE HERE to help.
Our senior medical team has been in practice for nearly 20 years and has extensive experience in primary care, care of the elderly and mental health primary care.
Our assessment and intake tools are designed keeping the age, complexity and clinical needs of each population in mind. We are partnering with community partners to ensure referrals and follow up is continuous and convenient.
